GENERAL
In 2018, T.LINE started as a content site named Trouvaille (a French word meaning “a lucky find”) that aimed to refine the traditional e-commerce experience by bringing tightly edited lucky finds through inspired editorials. In 2022, Trouvaille launched a line of womenswear essentials to compliment the content called T.LINE.
Our office, manufacturers, and warehouse are all located in Toronto, Canada.
Released as quarterly capsules, each edition is designed to build on the last and can be effortlessly styled together while building an elevated collection of exclusive items.
All of our pieces are limited-edition and produced in small batches. The best way to ensure that you get a piece is to shop as soon as the collection drops. In some instances, we will add more inventory and you can sign up to be notified.

SHIPPING
We currently ship across Canada and the U.S.A, the U.K., Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland
We offer free ground shipping in North America on all orders over $200.
We aim to process and ship your order five business days after it has been placed. Please note that orders with monogramming will take an additional seven business days
Delivery times will vary based on location and customs (U.S. only). The following estimates are not guaranteed:
Within Canada: 1 to 7 days
Within the U.S.: 7 to 14 days
Note: U.S. customers are liable for any taxes or duties levied by their state/country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a full refund, and 30 days for exchange or store credit. To start a return or exchange, please visit shoptline.returnbear.com with your email and your order number.
Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We are also unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the complete set is returned. If you would like to keep the other items in a set, we would be happy to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@shoptline.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please visit shoptline.returnbear.com to start an exchange or a return. Please have your order number and email address used to place the order ready.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Returns are processed within two business days of receiving the product. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please email us at hello@shoptline.com with the word "Cancel" and your order number in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but we’ll do our best!
If an order has been shipped out, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel your order, but are more than happy to accommodate a return and refund if you’re not happy with your purchase.
