Refund policy

Online Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a full refund, and 30 days for exchange or credit. 

Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We are also unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the complete set is returned. If you would like to keep the other items in a set, we would be happy to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. 

A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for each returned item. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and inspecting returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items 60% off or greater are final sale.

T. LINE Studio Returns:

Items purchased at T. LINE Studio (1062 Yonge Street) may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days. Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all tags.

If you don’t love your T.LINE product for any reason, please visit our return portal to initiate an exchange or a return. Please reach out to hello@shoptline.com if you require any additional assistance. 

To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We are unable to refund duties and shipping charges on your original order at this time.
